There is no limit of imagination that you can achieve with Hernan. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with a MBA in Advertising, Hernan has been leading and building communications efforts for some of the world’s largest brands in the past 12 years. Before moving to the USA, Hernan played a key role in the executive leadership of an independent Argentinean ad agency, Condina Campos. Hernan led and managed the agency in the execution of marking communication campaigns for distinguished brands such as: BMW Motorcycles, Shell, Heinz, Blockbuster, Parke Davis Laboratories, Lapa/Delta Airlines, just to name a few.
Hernan worked closely with many Vice-President and brand managers during product development, to ensure that each product and service rendered the correct market. He also created and implemented media campaigns and strategic plans for successful launching and promotions of new products.
Before founding The Group Advertising, Hernan worked with some of the most prestigious advertising agencies of Central Florida. He executed and managed the communication efforts of distinguished brands such as: Florida Power and Light, Murray’s Discount Auto Stores, Orlando Magic, Hilton Hotels, The Loop, Bill Heard Chevrolet, Courtesy Honda, Chrysler & Jeep, Fields BMW, and Rollins MBA.
He is a member of American Marketing Association, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals of Finance and Accounting) and Orlando Advertising Federation. Hernan was also an awarded board member of the Orlando Advertising Federation (OAF) and Vice - President of Marketing and PR of ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals of Finance and Accounting).
There is no big or small task for Shelly and her team. Born in Minnesota with a degree in Marketing and Finance, Shelly manages the Finance department of The Group Advertising. Her approach is multidimensional and personalized depending on the clients needs. She has been in charge of accounting teams for the past 15 years and she has also been a business advisor for Simon Sassoon and Unity, just to name a few.
As she is a world traveler, her diversity with culture helps us relate better to our clients.
We work as a collaborative team with our clients from the creation of an initial idea to the execution of a full-blown campaign.
